1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and zSellr (OPC) Private Limited ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") concerning your access to and use of our products and services, including ShopFlix AI, cvApplyr.com, mobileCasez.com, and any related websites, applications, and services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

2. Use of Services

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, zSELLR (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless zSellr (OPC) Private Limited, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit to the Services

9. Term and Termination

9.1 Term

These Terms remain in effect while you use the Services.

9.2 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by following the cancellation procedures in your account settings.

11. General Provisions

11.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

11.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and zSellr (OPC) Private Limited regarding the Services.

11.6 Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or internet failures.
